Jade is a Clinical Myotherapist who is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they love. She completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at RMIT University in 2021, then advanced her studies with an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy in 2022.
Jade takes a hands-on, evidence-informed approach to treatment, tailoring each consultation to the individual and their goals. She incorporates a range of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling, cupping, and joint mobilisation to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery.
With an extensive background in dance and movement, Jade has developed a strong understanding of biomechanics and functional movement. She also holds qualifications in Progressive Ballet Technique, Classical Ballet Teaching, and Acrobatics, providing valuable insight into the physical demands placed on dancers, athletes, and active individuals.
Throughout her career, Jade has gained experience working in both private practice and community allied health, supporting older adults in maintaining their independence, mobility, and quality of life. She has also had the opportunity to work alongside physiotherapists treating high-level gymnasts, helping to manage injuries and optimise performance. These experiences have strengthened her belief in the value of collaborative, multidisciplinary care, and she enjoys working closely with osteopaths, physiotherapists, exercise professionals, and other healthcare providers to achieve the best outcomes for her patients.
Jade enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including neck and back pain, headaches, postural dysfunction, sporting injuries, overuse conditions, and workplace-related aches and pains. She is passionate about empowering her patients through education, movement, and personalised treatment plans, helping them feel confident in managing their health both inside and outside the clinic.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, training for sport, or simply looking to move and feel your best, Jade is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Outside of the clinic, Jade enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her two dogs, Jax and Koda. She also loves treating herself to brunch at her favourite café and staying active with strength training at the gym or at home – usually with a great playlist keeping her motivated.
