Danielle Cullen was drawn to Osteopathy at a young age after covering many miles in country Victoria looking for relief from sports related aches and pains. She soon decided to make the move to the ‘big smoke’ to study her Bachelor and Masters degrees at Victoria University.
Throughout her studies Danielle gained hands on experience working as a Sports Trainer in the Essendon District Football League, and was fortunate enough to be selected to spend one month treating abroad in a Sports Hospital in Mumbai, India. She also spent a lot of time getting her hands dirty working as a front of house manager/receptionist in a couple of Melbourne’s busiest Osteopathic clinics while at undergraduate level.
Excellence in communication skills, listening and diagnosing effectively is something Danielle takes pride in as an Osteopath. This ability allows her to manage and give appropriate advice to the patient to improve all facets of their lifestyle. Danielle uses a variety of Osteopathic treatment techniques including Dry Needling and Exercise Prescription to tailor a treatment program specific for the individual.
In her spare time Danielle enjoys spending time eating her way through Melbourne’s fantastic cafe scene, playing with whichever puppy wags their tail in her direction or cheering at any one of the many sporting events on offer in Melbourne.
Danielle is very pleased to be a part of the team at Heidelberg where we offer Osteopathic care to the whole family in a relaxing and caring environment. Please feel free to contact Danielle to discuss whether Osteopathy may be beneficial to you, your family or friends.
